Flu!!
Well when your guard is down you dont have any strength to ward off anything.I am the kind of person who alhamdulillah gets a cold every three four years ,its stays on for two days and I shoo it away by ,being positive sickness cannot prevail.
This time around I was caught off guard,and I actually let my negative feelings get the best of me and here I am for the second week feeling really lousy and ill,from fever to bone-aches and now this terrible terrible cough.Its awful to feel weak and its worse to feel helpless,of course in illness,you know your real worth,but also alhamdulillah it is counted against your bad account quota.It goes like this any sickness or pain you feel you are getting rid of a lot of bad marks you got from bad conduct some time ago.
So here I am sipping my cinnamon tea (for cleansing the throat)and writing about my pain...If I were you I would've signed a comment saying: come on lady wakey wakey ,life is good stop seeing the negative things,we need to read some fresh new ideas to help us get along in life!!!
So I give you this beautiful scene of the sea as a compensation sorry all!!

In my opinion we all need to take our time when feeling down to sink to the bottom of the bottom before we could hit the ground and bounce up again, at least when sinking you know you will eventually find a bottom to hit, which is much better than floating in your place not knowing whether you are up or down, you are no where, just in between. Well hope you are feeling better soon, hope we all are.
